Alex Heintze is...
a 22-year-old student, entrepreneur, and author. Over the past few years, Alex has founded a company and two student organizations, and he does not plan on stopping there.
Most recently, Alex wrote The Generation Z Entrepreneur — an Amazon best-seller that teaches young people seven key principles to fast-forward their careers by adopting an entrepreneurial mindset and positioning themselves to one day launch their own ventures. While a student at Georgetown University, he worked at Steve Case's venture capital firm, Revolution, as well as at two venture-backed technology companies, AvidXchange and General Assembly.
After graduation, Alex will start his career at The Voleon Group, a quantitative hedge fund based in Berkeley, California that combines his interests in both machine learning and finance.
Alex has been featured by Inc. Magazine, Thrive Global, and Georgetown University, and he has spoken at General Assembly and Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
In his free time, Alex can be found long-distance running or exploring new restaurants in whatever city he finds himself. He hopes to use his skills and the exuberance of youth to change the world while encouraging other Gen Z-ers to do the same.
